SWEET BATON ROUGE® WHOLESALE TERMS:
- To place a wholesale order with Sweet Baton Rouge, a $250 minimum purchase is the required for the first order.
- As of January 2017, Sweet Baton Rouge will no longer offer zip code protection with wholesale orders, but will grandfather any stores prior to 2017 and will use our discretion to rightly decline and will refund if we don't approve of an online or brick and mortar store! We do not sell to Facebook groups that are not approved via email or over the phone. If you have any questions email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 225-400-5199.
- We offer flexible open sizing, and you can request additional T-shirts with our standard package (in any quantity) by emailing us at email@example.com.
- Most orders are printed and made to order, please allow 10-15 business days for shipping. All stocked items will ship within 48 hours. We print in small batches to ensure we are shipping what is needed by the customer. All artwork is designed and printed locally.
- We print weekly, if the items are not in stock! So depending on when the order was placed depends on when it will ship!
- We ship all orders via UPS Monday - Friday, if in stock. Most orders ship either on Wednesdays or Thursdays.,
- Payment must be received prior to product shipment. All orders must go through our wholesale website; stocksweetbatonrouge.com unless it's been approved for inventory record-keeping purposes.
- With a purchase, the customer agrees to not reproduce, duplicate or copy any Sweet Baton Rouge® (DBA name), Football Tees, LLC Intellectual Property; such as using our photo's on pages for pre-order before you've been registered as an approved retailer! If you want our photos, no problem, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for them and approval.
- Prices listed reflect 50% off suggested retail price and must be sold starting at our standard MSRP. If sold under, we have the right to terminate your account.
- All purchases are non-refundable.
- Returns can be exchanged or credited to your account.
- Customers have 7 days of receipt to notify Sweet Baton Rouge of any damaged goods. Any damaged merchandise will be replaced upon return of the damaged item(s).
